When your website has gone live after the design of your website  we will send indexed to Google and that indexing can take up to one week to be processed. This is what is called Web Crawling, using  software robots or ‘spiders’ to crawl through your website design. The Google spiders then store and index all of your website content including all internal links, images, copy etc and links that are linking to your website. Once Google has indexed all of your pages and links it can take some time for the results to be stored on Google’s servers and appear in searches.

How do I get on the first page of Google?

When a person searches for a word or phrase in Google, your website is competing with millions of other Website pages, making it very difficult for your website to rank on page 1 of the results. The odds of being found for a specific phrase are therefore much higher than a very general term and help illustrate the importance of focused key words throughout your website. Google’s indexing systems note many different aspects of pages, such as how long the web page has existed, the frequency and location of keywords within the Web page, the number of inbound links and many more.
