What do I need to get started?
Just your business details and a bank card enabled for online payments. If you have a logo and photos, great — if not, we launch with professional placeholders and add your photos whenever you send them via WhatsApp.
Do I need my own domain name?
If you already have one (like yourbusiness.co.za), we'll use it. If not, we'll help you register one in your name — you stay the owner.
Is there a contract?
Yes — the subscription runs for a minimum of 12 months, because we carry the full cost of designing and building your site upfront. After that it simply continues month to month, cancel any time with a month's notice.
What if I want changes to my site?
Small updates — text changes, new photos, price updates — are included every month. Just WhatsApp us. Bigger additions like online shops are quoted separately.
Who owns the website?
Your content — your words, photos and logo — is always yours. The website build is licensed to you while you subscribe, and you can buy it out completely at any time if you ever want to move it elsewhere.
